Club Metropolitan Nice is THE gym par excellence on the French Riviera. The more time passes, the more I see the gym filling up. But why is there so much excitement at the Cap 3000 gym?
In fact, the Metropolitan Nice club is more than a gym, it is above all a place of well-being and relaxation which offers services worthy of a 5-star hotel where quality and service are the two watchwords.
Registered with the club since September 2021, I had already written an article at that time to describe this new concept. This time, it is validated and approved, I wanted to share with you 5 good reasons to test this club even for only one month. Impossible not to succumb to it!
1. A space with multiple services
The services offered are rich and varied. In addition to its top-of-the-range gym, the metropolitan Cap 3000 club offers the following services
- a massage centre (sports massage, Swedish massage, relaxing massage, facial massage, lymphatic drainage…)
- a beauty centre (facials and body treatments)
- a team of dieticians and nutritionists
- a top-of-the-range SPA with sauna, hammam, cervical jets, water fountain…
- A coworking space to work (electrical outlets included). For this point, don’t forget to bring your headphones if you don’t want to be disturbed by the music in the gym.
- A catering area for lunch
2. A breathtaking panoramic view
I think this is the first thing that comes to mind when you visit Club Metropolitan Nice. Indeed, the club is located on the very top floor of the CAP 3000 shopping centre, which gives it a bright light all day long but also an incredible panoramic view of the sea and the hills of the Col de Vence. Moreover, as the club faces south-west, you are entitled to breathtaking sunsets as shown in the photos below:
3. An equipped and airy space
Who has never known a gym where there was a lack of space, where all the machines were stuck together and where the ceiling was so low that it felt like suffocating? The Club metropolitan Nice has a 3600m2 space (entirely glazed) including 1000m2 of terrace and a very high ceiling, which makes the practice much more pleasant. And if you need even more space, you can practice your sport outside on the terrace.
The gym is fully equipped with the latest machines. The only thing missing is more weight machines and weights.

4. Quality classes
The courses offered on the schedule are very varied. It goes from the Yoga class at 7.30am, to the cycling class at 10am, to the pilates class at 3pm and finally the cross training class at 6pm to finish the day. The teaching staff is on the whole very professional and of high quality even if I don’t like all the teachers or all the classes.

5. A flexible and affordable membership
When you know that a subscription in a coworking space is 300/400€ minimum per month in Nice, the subscription of the club metropolitan nice seems derisory. Indeed, the monthly subscription is 135€/month. But if you are a couple, your spouse can be added to your subscription for only 59€, which would be 97€ per person.
