Of all the restaurants in Nice, if you’re looking for an unusual place to drink good natural wine in a particularly warm and friendly atmosphere right in the heart of Nice, I’d definitely recommend La Part des Anges. It’s more of a wine cellar than a restaurant, but you can still enjoy good food and wine. I go there regularly whenever my boyfriend arrives in the region, and it’s one of his favorite places in Nice!

La Part des Anges is first and foremost renowned for its wine selection, with choices from local vintages to prestigious references, offering a perfect harmony with the dishes on offer. Like La Cave du Cours, another superb wine cellar in Vieux-Nice, it is a specialized wine cellar offering organic products and natural wine with over 300 references! This is the first thing you notice when you open the restaurant door. You’ll find yourself in a sort of alibaba cave designed exclusively for wine enthusiasts.
Prices for a bottle of wine range from €25 to €35.

To accompany these fine wine tastings, La Part des Anges also offers a varied menu featuring plates to share (charcuterie, quality cheeses, toasts with terrine or seaweed…) as well as dishes inspired by Provencal cuisine (sautéed veal, leeks, fish, pan bagnat…). All prepared with local, seasonal produce.

It’s a unique atmosphere in Nice! As a Parisian by birth, I always feel as if I’ve been teleported to a little bistro restaurant in the 5th arrondissement in Paris. Added to this, the team is passionate and highly professional. They take the time to advise us on the wine according to our tastes, and let us taste it without a hitch. Clearly, they take great care of their customers’ well-being.
In conclusion, La Part des Anges is the TOP address I’d recommend in Nice!
