Another new nugget has been born on the French Riviera and not just any nugget! In this new article, I present you the Villa Casamaste, a villa overlooking the incredible Baou des Blancs, an emblematic rock located just above Vence.
This new haven of peace with its 3500m2 of nature will make many drool. Indeed, the villa offers a spectacular panoramic view of the sea and nature. The decoration of the place is in a bohemian style. The materials have been carefully selected. Materials such as stone, bamboo and wood are used…. 1. The Villa Casamaste swimming pool
Would you like to privatise an outdoor space and impress your friends and family? You’ve come to the right place! Villa Casamaste offers you its swimming pool with an incredible view on the French Riviera. Sensation guaranteed!
The pool is heated from May to September and has a maximum depth of 1m60. Concerning the maintenance, it is treated with salt which is much more respectful of the environment and your skin.
You will find all the necessary facilities to spend a pleasant moment:
- deckchairs
- a bamboo bed
- a summer kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, ice machine…)
- a bar
- a barbecue and a plancha
- large freezer and fridge

2. The Villa Casamaste lodge
Would you like to spend more time in this new haven of peace? Villa Casamaste offers you to spend at least two nights in a small lodge below the villa. Tastefully furnished (thanks to Mathilde), you will find happiness and serenity in this small, modern and well-equipped cabin with kitchen, private bathroom and terrace + access to the swimming pool located just above the lodge.
Villa Casamaste lodge rates:
- May and June: 100€/night (two nights minimum)
- July and August: 130€/night (usually by the week)

3. The location of the Villa
Located at 188 Chemin des Salles above Vence and at the beginning of the Col de Vence, you will be overwhelmed by the beauty of the place and by the spectacular view of the Cap d’Antibes.
The villa is located 800 metres from the historic centre of Vence, one of the most beautiful towns on the Côte d’Azur, which offers an incredible panoramic view of the baous of the region.
Further afield you will find two incredible villages of South of France:
- The village of Saint Paul de Vence which is the most famous in the region. You can stroll through the narrow streets and art galleries passing by Jacques Prévert’s house and the terrace of the restaurant les remparts saint paul de vence.

- The village of Tourrette sur loup, one of my favourite villages in the region. You will fall under the charm of this village so discreet and more authentic

Above the villa, as mentioned at the beginning of the article, you will find the famous baou des blancs which is one of the TOP hikes on the French Riviera with sea view.
4. Yoga classes
Aware of the beauty and energy of the place, the owners have set up yoga classes 2 Saturdays a month by the pool. These classes are taught by the talented Sophie Torre (flowbysoso on instagram). Do not hesitate to contact her directly to know the agenda.
